Under the heading of "Fun Things to do with RSS" I found something almost as good as the flickr Donuts image feeds I
blogged about last week.
Editorial Cartoons, baby! I love editorial cartoons for their creativity, often able to capture the essence of events in our world with provocative insight. The Association of American Editorial Cartoonists
aggregates daily cartoons from across the nation, complete with RSS feed. The feed includes a thumbnail of the cartoon for a preview. The AAEC also site gives you the ability to display the cartoon as I'm doing below. This particular toon is for my buddies back at HQ in Pittsburgh as our beloved Steelers begin the playoffs.
Another good service for Editorial Cartoons is
MyComicsPage.com where the selection is more extensive and you build your own page. No RSS, but you get a daily email with the full-scale toons. 10-day trial membership, then $11.95 a year.
