Bragging on my fellas at WebHost4Life

I had yet another incident today that confirms to me that WebHost4Life is truly one of the best web hosting values in the business.  I posted a problem this morning and by lunch, four different support guys were involved in finding a fast resolution.  I'll describe my technical problem in a separate post, but I wanted to say how pleased I continue to be with WebHost4Life's tech support and the excellent value I receive as a client.

The most important thing to me in web hosting technical support is timely responsiveness, a sincere effort to resolve the problem, and consistency.  A high degree of expertise in server administration is lower on the list of requirements.  Not that the WH4L guys don't have a lot of server administration skills, they do.  But satisfying my criteria of important technical support traits, I've found WH4L tech support to react consistently in a responsive, sincere and professional manner in each of the many incidents I've encountered over the last 6 months.

There are a lot of good host providers out there who their clients feel very positive about--maybe you, and that's fantastic.  But at $19.95 a month for 600MB storage, redundant T3, 4 SQL Server databases, so on and so on, as well as good technical support, I had to crow a little.
