CS 2.0 TechnoratiTags Module available here

The core of DaveBurke.CS.Modules is the TechnoratiTags module.  It's a very simple module based on CS TextParts that I use to add Technorati Tags to my posts.

DaveBurke.CS.Modules is located here.

I posted a more detailed description of the module yesterday.  I didn't publish that post initially and as a result it didn't show up in my blog's feed in GreatNews, either due to a CS bug or (most probably) how GreatNews determines new items in the channel.  So please check out "About my TechnoratiTags CSModule" post for more info.  The CSModule also contains a readme to help you get started.  The zip also includes ImageBlockTags, described here.

Oh, and this was my first CSModule, so deploy with discretion. :-)

Very good ;)
Just as a suggestion: I recommend that you create separate Class Library projects for your Modules and compile them into different DLL files after using a Web Application project to test your code.
+ I got in trouble with ReverseDOS, too! I would take a closer look at it soon.

Oh boy here we go again...DaveB crankin' out the CSModules, thus making it absolute hell to upgrade to newer versions of CS ;).  I keeed I keed.

I'll have to have a look at this one, I've been wanting this on my site for AGES but never got around to building one (TextParts probably made it pretty easy to do...not many folks have realized the true power of those things).

Who wants to hack out a CSScript that tags posts pre-technorati tagginization (i.e. just use post categories as the tags)?  I'd hate to have my older posts get jealous of the newer tagged ones.

Jayson, Dude, you're the guy who's setting the bar.  I'm just trying to save face.

As for the CSScript hack, didn't the boys at HQ already take care of that in CS 2.0?  Every assigned category with the post (new and old) now displays with rel="tag," thus pleasing the Technorati Ping receptors.  Right?

Have you released the Captha controls for blog comments? I'm in need for my personal site Smile

Chris, I said I was going to do that, didn't I?  I'll try to package that up in the next 24.  Sorry for the delay.

I'm only *on* the team, and not at HQ, that must have flown under my radar Wink.  But you are correct.  I must have missed that memo.
