Comment Notifier Admin Email piece

For now, comments are sent to subscribers by a manual process.  The original comment is sent to me, the admin, like any normal comment (though in HTML and shown below), then I click on a hyperlink in the email to initiate sending the comment to the subscriber group.  I designed it this way because 1) traffic at dbvt.com/blog is light enough for me to do this, 2) I am able to moderate the comments, and 3) this offloads the process of cranking out the emails.

The email below is the same HTML email generated to both readers and to me, the administrator.  I reduced the size of the pic for display here, sorry. This is the administrator version below, with the CreateEmailBody method's blnIsAdministrator param=true.  Thus we see the “Administrative Options“ line by the arrow.

Administrative Options are 1) Send comment to the post's comment subscribers, 2) List subscribers for the post comments, and 3) one-click delete the comment.

Subscriber Options (those who receive the post's comments by email) receive exactly the same email without the administrative options.  Their options are to 1) Reply to this post, which sends them to the post at DBVT.COM, and 2) Stop receiving comments for this post by email, a one-click unsubscribe function I described here.
