Dell's product return process. Slick!

I bought the wrong backup battery for my 2-year-old Dell Axim 5 PocketPC.  Realizing my error the day after receiving the battery I went to my account area at dell.com and initiated a Return for Credit.  I received an immediate automated response, then several hours later, two emails to confirm that I could return the battery without a problem.

What impressed me was that the next day a UPS man came to my door to pickup the box to be returned--without me having to do a thing--who had my return receipt from Dell with him AND a mailing label for the box.  All I did was hand him the box when he rang the doorbell.

Boom.  Product returned.  The ease of returning that battery will certainly influence my decision in the future when its time to buy a new PC or, say, a new Axim X30 with 624 MHz & Integrated Wireless for my wife.
