I've been only using ASP.NET 2.0 to support the Web Services site of the Smart Client app I've been working on, and it's come time for the big GO! GO! GO! on ClickOnce deployment for initial review. The first step would be to deploy my web services ASP.NET 2.0 site to a server at HQ.
"Where in the heck is the /BIN directory?????"
Whoa. Major freak-out.
"Goo-goo...Gaa-gaa... Mommmmmy!!!!"
Then I see the "publish" menu item.
Whew. My development server isn't directly connected to HQ, but I was able to publish to a file folder, then copy across the wire. \bin folder and everything...
