Gearing up for Code Camp 4

The Version 4.0 Developers Gone Wild! edition of Code Camp New England (the original Code Camp, as in founded by Mr. Thom Robbins himself :-) is scheduled for September 24th and 25th at Waltham, MA.  I want to do a session on Using the IssueVision Framework in .NET 2.0, how many of its core features are still viable today, examples of how .NET 2.0 improves on the .NET 1.1 environment of IV, how to extend IV for heavier lifting than in the DevDays sample app, and using ClickOnce as opposed to the IV App Updater block model.

I should just "send it in," but September 24th is just around the corner.  Currently there are only 10 sessions on the board, and those from just 5 individuals.  I would think there would be many more than 10 sessions submitted for a Code Camp less than 8 weeks away.   The fall Code Camp last year was over the weekend of October 15th, I know because my 10-year wedding anniversary kept me from attending.  Scheduling Code Camp with a bigger window after August Dog Days would be beneficial. But hey, everyone loves Code Camp, and once they get back into working mode, sessions should fill up fast.

At least I hope so.

I noticed that as well. He may be stacking them for awhile, too. I have a couple on the backburner I have been waiting to submit.

Hey, Robert!  Great to hear from you!

Got an email from Thom (prompted by a email to Thom from the Lermanizer) and he said the same thing.  He's expecting a bunch of submissions to start pouring in and he also mentioned that there are already 400+ people registered!
