This was one of the things I got from Jason Beres' talk at the Vermont DotNet Users group earlier this week. He would right-click on a method or class name and use “Go To Definitions” in the popup menu to jump to that method or class in the project. I hadn't seen it before. Below is a screenpic. I must have used it 10 times today alone.
