How to Escape From Yester World

If somehow you find yourself in a scary, idiotic, pointless place called Yester World at http://www.escapeyesterworld.com/, here is how you can escape:

Close your browser window!

Don't waste time searching for something cool to justify the time you spent waiting on the countdown, for the intro to load, and then for the time you spent watching the intro. You're not going to get those two minutes back.  They're gone forever. Let it go and move on.

LOL. I agree, I saw that and was like .. WTF .. !! But it's funny to see the whole blog world feign excitement over something so lame.

I wanted to get a bead from Technorati on what other people thought of it before I trashed it and couldn't get over how "hilarious" and "brilliant" these guys said it was!  Geeks!

And here I thought it was just me who didn't understand what I was supposed to be looking at. I was very confused..."am I missing something here?". Hehe.

Alright.  Thanks, Ryan.  I know YOU have a good eye and a sense of style.  Anyone whose visited your blog knows that, so your perspective definitely validates my feelings on it.  I was going to tear into it as an embarrassment to Microsoft Developers, a failed attempt of Microsoft Marketing to be cool, etc., but felt I was in too much the minority to rage against it.  I should have trusted my instincts, I guess.  If I were more like Sahil I wouldn't have hestitated to blast away, of course. Smile
