I just returned from a week at Disney World, Florida and while there stayed at Gaylord Palms resort, a new convention center. In the rooms was an internet connection as well as a PC running Windows XP Embedded which also had internet access--sometimes. I called hotel guest services (by pushing the smiley button on the phone) and reported that the internet access was down. I loved her response, “Oh, sir. The PCs in the rooms are a future enhancement, and so they are not supported.” I didn't get into it with her, since I was on vacation at Disney World, after all. She was very pleasant and I'm sure was smiling genuinely while telling me it was a “future enhancement,” but I don't think it will fly when my users ask me why a wizard I released didn't work properly and I tell them, “Oh, that wizard is a future enhancement. It's not supported!”
