Two new user registration options will be available in Gummy Bear 1.1.0 due for release in a few days. In addition to automatic registration you will be able to configure your Sueetie Community to use Email Verification or Administrative Approval. We’ll look at each of the three supported registration options.
Automatic Registration
Automatic Registration is the default method of Sueetie Member Registration. Users can create site accounts immediately with no verification or approval processing. To change the automatic registration option you would use the new Sueetie Administration General Site Settings panel shown here. You would also use General Site Settings to enter the email address of the administrator to approve new accounts.

Email Verification
When a new user creates an account with Email Verification registration enabled, they are sent an email containing a link with a unique key to the Sueetie Account Activation page. Upon clicking on that link and returning to the Sueetie Activation page their account is enabled and they can login with the information they provided on the registration form.
Administrative Approval
With Administrative Approval enabled, an email is sent to the site administrator with a link to the Administrative Approve Users page shown here.

There are two user flags to mention on the User Edit/Approval Form shown below, "Is Active" and "Is Approved." Active Sueetie Users have both of these flags checked. All users are active by default. To approve a new user, check the "Is Approved" box. An email is automatically generated to the new user to inform them their account request has been approved.
