Its Group Tabs that's the problem. I grabbed a bunch of screens today for an product brochure I was putting together and in the final PDF noticed my personal tabs. The example below shows what I mean, though the contents here is pretty tame compared to the tabs listed on the screenshots. (Active tab items tend to get a little, um, personal, especially when you work from home. :-)
So I had to spend a little more time in Photoshop, bumping up the body over the tab area and crop from top. Not as efficient as I wanted to be in cranking out the brochure.
