Paul Litwin gave a very interesting presentation tonight at the Vermont .NET Users Group meeting titled ASP.NET 2.0 Data Control Tips and Tricks. You can find the presentation materials at his Deep Training site. What impressed me most with the presentation was the small amount of code generated from the ASP.NET 2.0 Wizards (compared to ASP.NET 1.1 Strongly Typed Datasets and other wizard generated code) and how easy it was to hook into the events generated by ASP.NET 2.0 to modify the default behavior or add new functionality.
