I was lucky enough to get an invite to go sailing tonight, along with my wife and little girl. My first time on a sailboat. Wow. Another time out and I know I'll be hooked. The silence of the open lake, a slight wind and holding the rope to the sail as it expanded and stretched like some marvelous kite. Location was Mallett's Bay.

I have to say, looking at these particular photos makes me think seriously about buying a better camera. My Olympus D-520 just can't capture the colors of the lake at sunset.
