I guess the best description of 939 Design is "bold." I like bold. Graphic splats are a bit passe, but they're used effectively here, I think. The "Graphic Design" banner is an interesting animation with a portfolio popup submenu that's very cool. I don't care for the rain-drop animated display though, but that's just me. Otherwise, very compelling.
