Talking to myself on the way to Code Camp

I don't talk very much. I certainly never talk to myself. But while driving to Waltham tomorrow for Code Camp (WHOOP! WHOOP!) when I'm not listening to a podcast I'll be doing just that; going through my dotText presentation slides on my PocketPC. (To convert the PPT content I first saved it in PowerPoint to .RTF, then in Word from .RTF to .PSW.)

I'll have to be careful not to overdo the run-throughs after realizing how strained my voice was yesterday when making time to practice delivering the presentation. I don't talk much. Seriously. More of a listener type. But I wanted to do a presentation on dotText because its a great app and I enjoy the heck out of working in it. That should make it easier to fill 90 minutes with nerdspeak, even for a listener type nerd like me.

I'll just have to pace myself as I prepare with my Axim on the drive from Vermont.

Dave, are you planing a presentation about .Text? Is there a possibility to have the slides of you presentation (I'm not asking the PPT files, but maybe a PDF with your slides). I'm really interesting to this...

Stefano, I'll be blogging on this, but I had an accident on the way to Code Camp, lost control on a snow-covered New Hampshire interstate at 50mph and ended up in a frozen snowbank. I crushed my front and rear left-side of my Honda Passport. Because I didn't know if anything else was damaged, I turned around and was thankful to make it back to my home in Vermont. I'll be posting the URLs to both the slides and the code. Maybe later today.

Really??? I hope is all good for you now... disappointed for the car, but your health is more important. I had an accident like this (for snow on the road) about 3 months ago.

Dave,

Just got back from Code Camp and had to check out your blog.
The session you did was excellent, the thrill you get from doing this stuff was contagious.

What an extra special treat to see DNN 3.12 released with new modules for blogging, forums, and a gallery.

Looking forward to checking out your mods for .text.
