The Kindness of Coding Strangers

I post a fair amount of code giblets in my blog, putting my neck out on the block most of the time with developers pointing out my code's weaknesses.  I always appreciate those remarks muchly.

But today (and I won't point out the individual...yet!..) provided a comment on some code-centric item I recently posted and said something to the effect, “Hey, this article is right in line with the problem you've been having. Hope it helps.”  Completely unsolicited.

I thought that was awesome.

Uh-oh, gotta run.  My goldfish is slapping his body against the surface of the fish tank to remind me I haven't fed him in 3 hours.  Note to self, buy tropical fish for office fish tank when this bastard goldfish dies...
