I haven't been able to find this on FTPOnline's site yet, but Ohad Israeli posts that several VSLive 2005 Videos and Slides are available. I was able to watch about half of the Advanced VSTO presentation by BJ Holtgrewe. After a goofy "Developer Fear Factor" bit (which you can slide past) we get into some juicy VSTO application examples. Screenshot to prove I'm not kiddin'.
