What's in YOUR Podcast Queue?

I posted my podcast queue back on August 2nd.  It was a bit shorter than it is today, so I put it in an Excel spreadsheet.   Podcast queue to-listen time went from @20 hours to @26 hours.  Not too bad, actually.  The spreadsheet contains my iTunes podcast list only, so it doesn't contain any .NET Rocks episodes or a few other podcasts still hanging out on the pod not retrievable through iTunes.

New podcasts subscriptions added over the last few weeks include:

Here's my podcast queue:

Yeah, that's right. I'm completely caught up right now. I finished off four this morning. I'm not sure I want to add too many more to my list (I just recently added a bunch of IT Conversation feeds last week), not because I'm tired of listening to them (or I'm not bored right now because I don't have any to listen to), but because I'm scared of the backlog that builds up if I even take 1 or 2 days off from listening to them.

You should check back with me after next week - I'll be on site at a client, and will probably listen to very few throughout the week. I'm guessing I'll have a 15-20 hour backlog by then!

Of course, if a great podcast comes up, I'll still add it, like I did the IT Conversation ones, but I'm much pickier now!

That's pretty impressive, Joel.  Sounds like you are a disciplined podcast listener.  If I ever get my queue down to zippo I'll shoot you an email to see what your queue is doing.  I may have to get back to you in a week or two and see how you're doing.  

I know what you mean about being pickier.  I don't listen to quite a few ITC podcasts that I may have listened to 6 months ago, and I am much more quick to stop listening to a podcast.

Still the queue keeps growing.

Heh. I was wrong. I was actually able to keep up on my podcasts through Thursday. It helped that I had time at night to listen to them, and time on the plane and airport. I do have a small backlog from Friday, but I should be out of the whole by the middle of next week.
