We've been subscribing to Netflix for over a year and have been consistently impressed with their execution, attention to customer satisfaction, and ongoing site improvements. They recently launched Netflix Friends, where you share recommendations and ratings with your friends. The FRIENDS tab I see each time I update my queue whispers "You have no friends. Schmuck."
