You may recall Scoble bullhorning Gates and Ballmer on an essential acquisition they needed to make to get MS in the blog search game. If, like me, that's all you heard of it, I listened to Gillmor with Doc Searls while walking the dog today and Gillmor says Scoble was talking about Microsoft buying NewsGator. Whether accurate or not, a smart move or not, I thought it was an interesting notion.
