Sueetie Version 2.4 with BlogEngine.NET 2.0 Now Available

As happy as I was to tell you that Sueetie.com was running BlogEngine.NET 2.0, I am even more happy to tell you that Sueetie users can now enjoy BlogEngine.NET 2.0 in Sueetie Version 2.4, now available for both Gummy Bear and Atomo users in the Sueetie Marketplace.

If you’ve been applying the version 2.x Sueetie upgrades for YetAnotherForum.NET, Gallery Server Pro and ScrewTurn Wiki, then you deserve a break today, as version 2.4 is the easiest upgrade of them all.  There is no SQL Script or Wizard to execute, simply delete, drag and drop. Here’s the Sueetie 2.3 to 2.4 Upgrade Guide with complete instructions.

There’s very little else going on in v2.4 apart from the BlogEngine upgrade.  One small addition is a fix to the “Powered By” tag in the forum, which should now accurately read YAF 1.9.5 RTM (rather than RC.)

Go to the Sueetie Marketplace today and start enjoying the new dashboard and control panel updates to BlogEngine.NET in Sueetie v2.4!

A long time developer, I was an early adopter of Linux in the mid-90's for a few years until I entered corporate environments and worked with Microsoft technologies like ASP, then .NET. In 2008 I released Sueetie, an Online Community Platform built in .NET. In late 2012 I returned to my Linux roots and locked in on Java development. Much of my work is available on GitHub.
