Five Miles through the Vermont Burbs

I love March in Vermont.  Absolutely and truly.  April is pretty crappy and my least favorite month, but while March remains I’ll enjoy the snow that seems to cover the ground throughout the month, with more frequent sunny days and milder temperatures.

It was only 21-degrees today, but sunny and beautiful.  So it was a good day to break routine and instead of jumping on my [NordicTrack] or going to the health club for my mid-day workout, I ran five miles through my neighborhood Vermont Burbs.  In case you didn’t have the opportunity to run five miles in sunshine and snow like I did today, I drove the course afterward and took some pics.

A long time developer, I was an early adopter of Linux in the mid-90's for a few years until I entered corporate environments and worked with Microsoft technologies like ASP, then .NET. In 2008 I released Sueetie, an Online Community Platform built in .NET. In late 2012 I returned to my Linux roots and locked in on Java development. Much of my work is available on GitHub.
